Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases made from Old Tin Barn Workshop, a trading name of ADH Printing.

Ordering

Our stationery is individually typeset and made to order. Please ensure that the personalisation details supplied when ordering are complete and accurate.

An order is subject to acceptance by us. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment made.

Proofs

Where applicable, a PDF proof will be sent before printing. Please check all wording, spelling, addresses, telephone numbers and other details carefully.

If we do not receive approval or amendments within two days of sending the proof, we may proceed with printing using the proof supplied so that the order can be completed within the stated dispatch timescale.

Once a proof has been approved, the order will be printed using the approved artwork. Errors contained in an approved proof, or in a proof printed after the two-day approval period has passed, may therefore be reproduced in the finished stationery.

Paper and colour

We take care to represent our papers and printed colours as accurately as possible. However, the appearance of colours on a computer, tablet or telephone screen can vary. Natural and manufactured paper products may also show minor variations between batches.

Made-to-order products

Because our stationery is personalised and made to order, it cannot normally be returned or cancelled simply because you have changed your mind. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for further information.

Prices and payment

Prices are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed. Payment must be made through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Delivery

Production and dispatch information is shown on the relevant product page. Delivery times provided by postal or courier services are estimates. Please see our Shipping Policy for further information.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If goods arrive damaged, are faulty, or differ from what you ordered or from the proof supplied, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can put matters right.

Website content

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, prices and other information on this website are accurate. If we discover a material error affecting an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
