Shipping & Delivery

All Old Tin Barn Workshop stationery is individually typeset and made to order in Hampshire.

Proofs and production

Where applicable, a PDF proof will be sent to you before printing. Please check and approve your proof promptly so that we can keep to the stated dispatch timescale.

If we do not receive approval or amendments within two days of sending the proof, we may proceed with printing using the proof supplied so that your order can be completed and dispatched within the stated timescale.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within the timescale shown on the product page at the time of ordering. You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are additional to our production time. Occasionally postal or courier delays can occur after an order has been dispatched and are outside our direct control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate.
